Hi there. I’m glad you’re here. My name is Aline and I love helping women over 40 look and feel their best! If you feel rundown, overweight or discouraged, I’m here to help! Let’s create your personalized fitness and nutrition plan!

A Little About Me...

Fitness has been a passion of mine since my early 20s. I was introduced to strength training at Gold’s Gym in 1991, and about the same time, discovered step aerobics at my university’s Rec Center. I was hooked! I also began walking several times per week with my college roommates. I loved the fresh air and camaraderie that walking outside with my friends provided. There was no going back.

My professional life has included careers in both healthcare as a Registered Nurse, and as an educator. Several years ago, I decided to turn my fitness and nutrition passion into a career. I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and earned a certification from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. I am currently working on an additional certification as a NASM Nutrition Coach.

Welcome! I am passionate about fitness, nutrition, and establishing healthy habits for the long term.  I love helping women over 40 who feel run down, overweight, “fluffy”, discouraged and self-conscious, obtain the tools and strategies to look and feel better as they journey through their 40’s, 50’s and beyond. 


Being in my 50s, I have experienced many of the same struggles as my clients. These life experiences, along with my background in healthcare, education and fitness training, have given me the tools and experience to show you how to get (and stay) healthy.

 

I will help you reach your goals by establishing and prioritizing your health and nutrition habits. More importantly, I will help you do it in a way that is both realistic and sustainable. To tell you the truth, it’s the only way I see this being successful for the long term.

I offer one-on-one coaching for women who are ready to reach their health and fitness goals, and are looking for more guidance, motivation, and accountability. As your coach, I will provide you with an individualized training plan, offer daily communication, and will answer all of your questions during our time together. It won’t happen overnight, but if you are willing to do the work, it will happen, and I will be cheering you on every step of the way!
